Group Therapy
Group therapy provides opportunities for connection, skill-building, and support in a shared environment. Participating alongside others can reduce isolation, strengthen relationships, build confidence, and create opportunities to practice new skills in real-world social contexts.
Our groups are designed around the needs and interests of participants and may include therapeutic, educational, creative, or community-based activities. Each group has its own goals, structure, and age range.
Current Therapy Groups

Collaborative Mural Group
Create something meaningful together! Participants collaborate to design and paint a mural while developing communication, teamwork, emotional regulation, and conflict-resolution skills through art therapy. (Ages 8–17)
Family Movement Group
Using movement, play, rhythm, and connection, families build regulation and relationship skills together. This experiential group helps parents and children strengthen body awareness, co-regulation, resilience, and connection through shared movement-based activities.

Shora Family Support Group
The Shora Family Support Group is a space for families who homeschool or who are struggling to get their needs met in the school system. We will build relationships between families, learn and practice social-emotional skills, and support children to explore their interests through a mix of collective and individualized activities.
